Help us support adults and adolescents with Career and College Readiness skills.

·       Job Ready Project: Earnest Heart assists adolescents and adults with career readiness teaching by providing clients with training on “soft skills” such as teamwork, critical thinking, time-management, effective listening, professionalism, problem-solving, digital literacy, and communication. To help job seekers identify and obtain employment, career readiness training may also include job searches, resume writing, learning styles inventory, skill-building inventory and assessment, job certification obtainment, and interview skills training. Literacy and numeracy skills may also be a part of career readiness training.

·       College Bond Project: Earnest Heart helps adolescents and adults pursue college or a university degree by helping clients perceive college as an opportunity to climb out of poverty. To help future graduates, essential skills like goal setting and obtainment, perseverance, financial planning/assistance (grants, scholarships, work-study, loans), building interpersonal skills, social networking, note-taking, test-taking, and communication are addressed and reiterated.
